Delays, delays

Ok, seems like things always take a lot longer when you’re waiting for something to happen. We’re still axiously awaiting our ADSL connection, although we did decide to change providers (due to complications and pricing) at the last minute. Anyways, hope everyone is well, and hope we’ll get back online (and yes, sort out the FORUM!)

Sorry for the delay…

Well, it’s taking a little longer than expected to get our Internet access setup (phone company had a problem installing the line) but hopefully very soon (within a week) we should be able to get everything back online and sorted.

We’re hoping to get a revised gallery online as well, with new and old material some of you may have never seen.

Hope everyone had a wonderful April fools day… at least until noon!

Forums Offline…

Due to some unfortunate events during a server upgrade, the forums are offline… We’re hoping an updated version will be online/back soon… Primerelay is working with me on the problem. Also, in light of the recent flood of virus (whichever one it was) emails on the net, if you sent any emails to sexto9 addresses with: "(no subject)", "test", "hi", "hello", etc it has probably been deleted. Another reason to fill in that subject line with something relevant to the email!

Best of the year

Time of course for the Top 20 albums of the year.
Since the show is not on air and I’m also heading for beautiful and friendly Spain very soon, the list of my Top 20 of 2003 is already on the site! Thank you Yoda

Congratulations and thanks to all the bands, your music made this extremely difficult year more bearable.

I take this opportunity to wish you all a very happy Christmas and all the best in the new year

Not much to report

Nothing much has happened during this past month I’m afraid.
For those of you who are wondering and asking me when are the regular DJs going back to TotalRock the truth is I have no clue and no answers for anything to do with TotalRock, sorry

I know the reviews etc haven’t been updated for a while (this will change very soon I promise!) but I’m sure you understand how difficult life becomes when you haven’t been paid since March…yes, the rumours are true!
More news and announcements here soon

Thank you all as always for your support, you’re incredibly nice people.
Keep the Sex to 9 colony alive!

The end of an era

To continue the tradition of bad and depressing news, this week we found out that Marco Aro has decided to leave The Haunted.
I can’t begin to tell you how sorry I am to see Marco go, he’s not only an exceptional vocalist but a really nice human being. I thank him for his generosity, for all the times that he made time for my interviews (always with a smile), for being outspoken, for making me laugh until I cried….the list is endless.
I’ve had the pleasure of seeing him live with the band several times and enjoyed each one to the max and who can forget that amazing session that The Haunted recorded for TotalRock in front of 3 people? Me being one of them! I feel blessed

In these recent times of changes, of goodbyes, of so many memories invading my mind and my heart, I feel this is truly the end of an era and I can imagine how the rest of the guys in the band must feel, my love goes to them too, I know they’ll continue to kick ass!

To Marco: my deepest respect and all the happiness in the world. You rock!

The Priest on the show

On Friday September the 5th Malcolm Dome will be at the front of Sex to 9 and his special guests will be Glenn Tipton and Rob Halford of Judas Priest.
Don’t miss this very special show, three giants of metal together in a studio! What more could you ask for?

Thank you all!

Well here I am, a bit older, probably not wiser
Thank you all for your lovely messages, cards and emails wishing me a happy birthday, you rock as usual!
